This are mistakes you should not take lightly. I will tell you about some mistake in brief that most of begineer bloggers do. Avoid Copying Content

Avoid using long blog post title

Post Title plays important role in SEO. Most of traffic you receive on your blog depends on your post title So create the title of your post which describes the complete content of your post. It should be about 70-75 characters including spaces. Use important and eye catching keywords like Best, Hot, Excellent etc. You can also use Google Adword tool to choose words that are most search by users around world or particular country. Most of you including me click on a particular post by reading its title so choosing a good title for your blog should be your first priority.

In this post i will teach you how to use cool and stylish fonts in your blog post using Google Font API. Few years back web devlopers has to use fonts that are available in majority of computers or has to go through long and irritating procedure to add custom fonts in their web pages. But  with rise in internet technology it has become much more easier to add  custom fonts in your webpages. And it does not requires the users to have that fonts intalled in their computer. This technique can be used on blog as well as your personal websites.

Back-Up your Bloggers Template 

This will be you first step in each and every post of MBW where you need to customize your template. So in case if something get wrong with your codes you can use downloaded version of your template. To download your template follow below steps

1. 1. From you dashboard go to Templates
2. 2. Click on Backup/Restore (In top right corner)
3. 3. Then click on Download Full Template. 

Font Selection

Google  has variety of cool and stylish fonts. To use those fonts go to Google Font Directory and select any font of you choice. Then click on quick use button and you will be taken to a new tab.

Step 1: Copy the code as shown below into Notepad

Step 2: Changing the above copied code. Add forward slash ('/')  before closing tag ( ">")

Step 3: Copy the CSS code that look something like below into Notepad

font-family: 'Carrois Gothic', sans-serif;

Step 4: Now paste the code that we edited in step 2 after the <head> Tag. Make sure that it is the first code after head tag  otherwise it may cause problem in Internet Explorer or older version of google chrome or firefox.

Step 5: Now we will add CSS style to change the font style of our post title. To do this search for any of the following code.If you can't find first code try with the second one.

.post h3   OR .post-title h3

Now change font name with the name we copied in Step 3. So code will look something like below.In our case it was 'Carrois Gothic' but it can be any font of your choice.

If you follow every steps correctly now you will have custom fonts in your blog. You can use this same procedure to change fonts for sidebar,title, posting etc. To do so you only need to change Step 5 and search for any of the following code.

• Title: h1
• Post title: .post h3 or .post-title
• Post font: .post-body
• Sidebar: .sidebar h2

3 step to backup your blogger template

Template backup is the most important step in blogger template customization. It should be your first step before customizing your blog such as adding widgets or plugins, changing color or font style and more. It helps you to restore your template if you mess something up while customizing your blogger template. Its very simple and easy to follow sol lets get started.

Step 1: From your blogger dashboard click on Template as show in the image below.

Step 2: Then you will see a screen like below. Then  click on Backup/Restore which is located in up right corner of your blog as you can see in below picture.

Step 3: Then click on Download full template as shown in below image and you are done. You will now have copy of your blogger template which you can use in case you mess up with your blog

Many newbies misuse this great service by violating terms and condition of Google adsense ads For example: Fraud clicks. Which results in permanent ban of their adsense account.

Blogger Interface - How to write your first blog post ?

In my previous post i had show you What is a blog and how to make a blog ? In this post i will walk you through blogger interface and show you how to make new post, writing your content, styling or highlighting important words or phrases, changing color of text or background of text, adding images, videos,  Making ordered and unordered list, creating hyperlinks etc.  Don't complain if you already know. This is  completely for Just started or Begineer blogger. So get ready to write your first blog post.

1. Login to your blogger account and from your dashboard click on New Post as show in the below image.

2. Enter your blog post title in area as show below and make sure to keep title short and rich of keyword. You can view your post by clicking on Preview or save it as draft by clicking on Save.

3. Below i have show you some bloggers features to enhance your blog post, adding videos, images, links,making lists, changing text color etc. I have numbered them and given details on how to use them below the image.

The Basic Structure of Blogger template

If you are among the category of  blogger who usually like to experiment with their blog structure and customize the look of your blog  then you must be familiar with the basic structure of blogger xml template. So i will walk you through some important  tags or codes you will come across while customizing your blogger template. If you are new to blogger platform then you definately need to read this.

Blogs templates look fency but all share same structure  like below image with a header , a menu or navigation bar, body, one or two sidebars and a footer.

All that content you see on a website lies inside the body tag. It is most important part of website or a blog. Its structure is like below.
